Snap Ships Mobile App Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is about how Snap Ships LLC will collect and use any information you give us when you use our mobile app.
If you need help understanding this document, you should ask the adult who looks after you to read it and talk with you about it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To use our mobile app, you don’t need to give us information like your name or email address. We do not collect or store any personal data.
Information about your smartphone
When you use this mobile app, we will get some information about your device and your Operating System. We will also get some information about how you use our app. We do not collect anything beyond what is automatically collected by the app store from which you downloaded this app.
Notifications
You can choose to receive notifications on your device from the mobile app. These notifications to your device are not push notifications sent from outside your device. You can always turn notifications off in the settings of your device. If this is difficult for you, make sure to ask the adult who looks after you to help.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email, we will ask you for some information. For example, this may include your first name and email address. We will also ask you to tell us why you are contacting us. Once we have helped you, we will delete your information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Where we have a legitimate interest

Sometimes we have helpers who make sure our App is great. They will help operate the App. We make sure that our helpers keep your information safe.
Our friends (for example, other companies that sell Snap Ships products)
We have authorized other companies to make Snap Ships products. We may provide them with overall information about how many times our App has been downloaded and how it is used. If we do, we will do this in a way that does not reveal any information that is specific to you. If you ask us a question about one of these products, we may send your question to the company that makes that product. We will let you know if we do that.
If the law says we must share your information
We will sometimes need to share your information with other people when the law says so. For example, this can happen if the police, a judge, or the government asks us to. We need to share your information if it will help us stop people from doing bad things or committing crimes. We also need to share your information if it will help us protect you or other people.
